I have been with Stephen for 9 years now. He has helped me deal with physical challenges I have had. I now work out with him 4 days a week. 2 days cardio and weights and body movements and 2 days Yoga. Yoga has really helped with my Crohn's symptoms. He has helped me with physical therapy on my knee. I no longer have pain in my knees. I continue to loose weight slowly and the healthy way.

Stephen is an amazing trainer. After being a couch potato for years, I found Stephen and he has helped me so much. For so long I was afraid to try anything and feared making my aches and pains worse. He has been working with me for 6 months and I can’t believe how much better I feel. I actually look forward to my workout with him. He is a great motivator but patient at the same time. He really cares about helping you reach your goals. If you are reading this and thinking about starting with Stephen, just do it you will be so happy you did!

Stephen is a person who cares about you and doing the right thing to reach your goal. He sets routines to push you. He concerned about you, your well being, and you as a whole. He is always there for you. If you are looking for a great Trainer who cares, puts a plan together for you, and helps you get to your goals he is the person to go to.

I have been training with Stephen Stubblefield at Elite Choice Fitness since February 2014. I am 50 years old and going through menopause. During menopause, the weight just kept coming on and on. I have tried all the FAD Diets out there, Weight Watchers and Medi Weightloss. Yes, while I did lose weight fast, I lost interest because none of them was a “Life Style Change” and there was no motivation. In 2013 I had my Gallbladder removed and since then my abdominal muscles were extremely weak. I was unable to do sit-ups. Therefore, I searched the internet for a personal trainer and found Stephen Stubblefield at Elite Choice Fitness. I chose him because of his own personal challenges. I figured he knew enough about the human body to rehabilitate himself and prove the doctors wrong. I have been with Elite Choice Fitness 3 ½ hears now and have strengthen my abdominal muscles; rehabilitated my ankle after a fall I took (where regular physical therapy did nothing for me). I am losing weight slowly but in a healthy way. Stephen also educated me on healthy eating. I no longer eat processed foods; everything that enters my body either has a mother or came from the ground. I have learned the discipline of being “accountable for my own decisions I make.” Since then he has helped me kick some butt. I work out with him 2 days a week and take part in his FREE BOOTCAMP ON SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 9:30. I also started taking my breaks and lunch at work and walk during all three of them. I am seeing results in my body. I am toning my body and losing weight at the same time. I am confident that the weight I lose will stay off because I am losing it slowly. FAST FAD DIETS are only a brief quick fix. In order to lose weight at age 50 and dealing with menopause you have to work hard at it. I could not do it alone and I am very happy that I chose Stephen Stubblefield and Elite Choice Fitness to help me with this journey of mine.

Stephen, I am so blessed to have met you! Your kind and encouraging way of offering support and guidance for those who attend your fitness programs is really special and unique. Your own personal triumph over tragedy warrants admiration and proves how strong and determined you are. You are more than a trainer, you will also be a lifelong friend! and just so you know, your cardio boot camps KICK my butt! ;)
